You are subjected to all import duties, taxes and tariffs on any products ordered, which are imposed in your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Additionally, when ordering from OSIM, you are considered the importer of the goods purchased and must comply with all the laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Generally, customs forms or shipping invoices for international packages will list the value of your order's contents by product type.

For shipping of products internationally, you have to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Once an order leaves one of our distribution centres, we are not responsible for order(s) that are delayed through customs. If you think that your order(s) is likely to be/has been delayed please contact worldwide@osim.com.sg and quote your OrderID. Our friendly customer service personnel will be able to assist you.

Due to warranty issues and manufacturer restrictions, we may not be able to ship all products to all countries worldwide.

We will be instructing the shipping companies not to leave packages at the shipping address without proper authorisation.

The international courier services generally require a signature when delivery is expedited unless instructed by receiver otherwise.

It is necessary for you to provide a shipping address where someone is available to receive and acknowledge the package.

Do not order items that are illegal to import into your/designated country. It is your responsibility to ensure that your/designated country permits the shipment of the purchased products into your/designated country.

Your packages will be subjected to all applicable customs duties and import taxes of the country to which you have designated that your package be shipped. Please see Customs Information and International Shipping Restrictions for more details.

Standard Delivery (By Air): Items typically arrive within 8 to 25 business days (estimate only) after we have received your order and payment.

Express Delivery (By Air): Items typically arrive within 5 to 15 business days (estimate only) after we have received your order and payment.

Alternate Shipping (By Sea): Due to the size and weight of our bulkier items, we provide a more economical way of transporting them to your destination. Items delivered via sea freight typically arrive at seaport within 14 to 45 days (estimate) upon departure of vessel. Shipping charge covers port-to-port delivery only, and excludes local delivery (from destination port to destination address).

Signature upon delivery is required for all shipments.
