I can basically massage my entire body using this massager without any helper. The weight and length of the massager are just nice so I can even massage my entire back without much effort! Definitely a life-saver for my aching back and stiff shoulders suffered from my desk-bound job (arrgh!!) My muscles feel great relief every day after a massage.
And surprisingly, the looped handle was very useful in helping me hold the massager so that it does not slip off my hand as compared to 'stick' handles.
