I have been suffering from stiff neck and shoulder ache for many years and goes for regular massages in spas to relief the ache. Having a pain in the shoulder muscles is a torture as you can't rub the affected area yourself to relief the ache. For regular massage go-ers, will understand that sometimes certain unprofessional massues massage JUST BESIDE the spot where you are aching, its very irritating and really ruins my day. OSIM uPapa Hug allows me to position it at the exact spot I need a massage and its really wonderful. Listening to the rhythm of the beats has a very calming and soothing effect as well. Its de-stress and de-tense at a very affordable price!

In general, the uPapa Hug is user friendly and effective as a shoulder massager.

This is the first OSIM product that I have purchased from the roadshow. Aside from the greeter who straightaway push me to a foreign salesperson (perhaps I look young with low possibility of buying an item), the salesperson has provided his best service by explaining all the product knowledge and demostrate all benefits to me via trial. It will be good if OSIM can provide English language training for him so that he can answer my other concerns such as how to maintain the leather and credit card promo and warranty.

I buy this product especially for my parents, apparently they love it alot, including myself. This is worth investing as a first step to learn more about OSIM products. Anyone in the family can share this product conveniently.

Had seen the OSIM uPapa Hug many times especially when it was first launched but had never thought of wanting to try as I was not attracted to the design and I always believe that human massage is always the best.

I was at my friend's house 2 weeks ago and she had the uPapa Hug. She had insisted that I try this uPapa Hug as she know that I had this shoulder pain problem for years which will always lead to me having a bad magraine. Guess what? 10 secs after she left the uPapa Hug on my shoulder, I was taken aback as I had never felt so relieved. It was really a wonderful feeling and after the whole massage session, I could literally feel the years of tightness I had on my shoulders is gone! I was so very amazed. Immediately that night, i went to OSIM to purchase this uPapa Hug and since then not only am I relieved of my pain, my husband is also relieved of his duty to massage me every night!
