  It helps relief the tension on the entire back. If there are certain areas that require additional attention, you are able to target by adjusting with a simple push of a button.
  
  The added function of a timer helps you keep track of the time and not over massaging while you are pre-occupied with other things such as work.
  
  Definitely a worthy buy especially now that its bundled up with 2 other of their products.
